Dan, Kinara & Lara were an exceptional team. We had to move out of state while our home was up for sale. Dan went above & beyond checking on the home, wiping down counters, changing batteries in smoke detectors & changing AC filters. When we decided to take the home off the market & rent it, he was there helping us find a great management company to work with. We had to remove a pool table prior to renting the property, Dan stepped up & on his own time stayed at the home waiting for people to show up & remove the table. We used Dan to also sell another home we had. Again he stepped up to the plate and sold the home and helped us find a roofing contractor that would complete the job prior to closing & accept payment at the closing. Thank you Dan & your team for all you do. We will call him & his team when it comes time to sell again.
